The Private Market & Farm Tour We pick your group up from central Ubud using our free shuttle. If you book the 7:30 AM Morning class, your personal chef takes you on a private tour of the Tegallalang traditional market. For all class times, we drive you to our family-owned organic farm in Taro Village. You take a private walk through our gardens and harvest the exact vegetables and spices you want to cook directly from the soil. Cook with Your Own Chef You do not share a cooking station with strangers. Your group gets a private space in our open-air kitchen. Your personal Balinese chef teaches you how to make traditional Base Gede (spice paste) using a stone mortar. Because this is a private class, you set the pace. You can ask as many questions as you want while cooking your appetizers, main courses, and dessert.
